The Theme park devoted to Diggers

Deep in the North Devon countryside, just outside of Cullompton, to be precise, there was a different kind of theme park. It doesn’t revolve around cartoon characters, and it’s not full of white knuckle rides, although there is one available. It’s based solely around Diggers, and it’s a fantastic place to visit. It is Diggerland, and there are several of them based around the country. Having moved away from the North Devon start site, they now have a Diggerland in Kent, County Durham and Yorkshire. Here’s what you can do with them.

You could create your own mini Diggerland by using Nottingham Mini Digger Hire company https://jwplanthire.uk/ for any projects you have in the back garden. Diggerland lets you have a go at driving mini tractors and Diggers on some off-road tracks specially made to show off the ability of the machines. They can even try your hand at stacking as many wheels as you can or use a stationary digger to throw a ball at some skittles.

If you are feeling particularly brave, you can ride the Spindizzy. This is a modified large scale digger that allows you to sit in the bucket at the end of the hydraulic lifting arm whilst the vehicle rotates and spins around. There is also the chance to drive dumper trucks, and try out model diggers to see how they work and the traditional rides of bumper cars and merry go rounds.
